River Cruise Chandpur Day Tour, Day Long River Cruise Tour in Hilsha State – 08

This is a wonderful one-day long river Cruise tour. Chandpur in the Meghna border. After the monsoon, in July-August Chandpur became the state of Hilsa. You can went from Dhaka early in the morning and return to the night launch. Hilsa is caught in the fishermen trap in this time. If you see the fishermen sitting on the Padma-Meghna river, they are busy catching fish. From Sadarghat, Dhaka, we will be moving to Chandpur at 7:30 in the morning.

Once you go through Buriganga, you will reach the river Meghna to enjoy the beauty of the river Shitalakshya, Dhaleshwari. In the Meghna you can see a small fisherman boat on the broad cloud. Some are dragging the waves on the waves, some are waiting for the drag, and some are holding firmly in their hands. If you look at the fishing boats, you will see the hilsha leap of living. It will take 3 to 3 hours to reach Chandpur from Dhaka on launch. It takes less than one and a half hours to reach the Meghna River from Sadarghat.

From here, until the arrival of Chandpur, the entire 2-hour period will be seen in full view of the hilsa catching. In the autumn of sunshine, the hilsa was kept under hiding. In the estuary of Padma, Meghna and Dakatia, there is a strong current (in July-August). The biggest hilsa market in Chandpur is the “Boro station”. Here the fishermen came from different places of the country including Barisal, Bhola, Patuakhali. If you like the market you can buy hilsa. To bring them to Dhaka, pack them with a nice ice from the market. So there is no reason to worry, you can safely return home with fresh hilsa. And when buying fish, buy silver color and buy it. Because this is the easy way to know the hilsa of Chandpur. And on the other side of the hilsa there is a reddish color with silver color.

And all day long, in the evening launch will return to Dhaka Insha Allah.
